  • DHL Courier 1-2 business days – +£6.98 sent with DHL and fully tracked door to door
  • SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY before 1 pm – +£9.98 sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express

  • Higher value orders may be shipped using recorded delivery at no extra cost to ensure safe arrival.
  • Special next day delivery is available at extra cost and delivery by Royal Mail is made before 1pm the next working day.
  • 2nd Class Royal Mail (free) – This is a free service to our customers and usually arrives within 3-5 working days after despatch. In the event that no one is at home to take delivery, a card will be left for collection from your local post office or courier.
  • 1st Class Royal Mail (+£2.99) – This tracked service costs a small fee and usually arrives within 1-2 working days after despatch. In the event no one is in to take delivery, a card will be left for collection from your local post office or courier.
  • DHL Courier – This is a fast and tracked service and usually arrives within a couple of days. You will need to be in to accept delivery, otherwise they will attempt delivery again the following working day or you can collect from your local depot.
  • Mainland UK includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and all BFPO addresses.

I have not received my order what do I do?

If you have not received your goods after 14 working days, then please contact us and we will chase your delivery. The quickest way is to contact the team by email (quoting your order number and contact details) or call us on +44 (0) 1933 664746 (Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm). It is out of our control if delivery gets delayed due to postal strikes or natural disasters, however we will do our best to help solve any problems with lost items.

Returning an item

We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item. Follow our returns procedure if you would like to return a faulty, damaged, duplicate, incorrect or unwanted item. This can be viewed here or under Returns at the bottom of the screen.

We believe in the things we sell and we want you to be happy with them. We also know that, for one reason or another, you may need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.

So please make sure you check your items carefully before using them. We also recommend that you keep a note of your order number, which can be found on the order confirmation or with your delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Faulty Goods

If you’re returning goods because they are faulty or were received in a damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible, as returns received back without the right details may take longer to sort out.

How to Return

To return an item, simply post it in new and unused condition (make sure it is packaged securely) to:

Please include your name, address, invoice number and the request: “Return for Refund” / “Faulty” with your product.
